My Life _ Bill Clinton

My Life is a 2004 autobiography by the former President of the United States, who left office on January 20, 2001. It was released on June 22, 2004. I really enjoyed reading the book. I think he has specified government and the people which very few people with much vivacity can describe, I think he has a great quality of describing the event that I can picturize it as if I am standing in front of the scene. Early, in Mr. Clinton ‘s life I have seen he took a lot learnings from the family tables, while listening to stories, or important life lessons which he personally took a learning from one of those and that is :

That no one is perfect but most people are good; that people can’t be judged by their worst or weakest moments; that harsh judgments can make hypocrites of us all; that a lot of life is just showing up and hanging on; that laughter is often the best, and sometimes the only, response to pain.

This is the instance which describes one of my learning as a student and a fellow classmate to my.

Following his defeat for second term as governor, Mr. Clinton remarks, “the system can only absorb so much change at once; no one can beat all the entrenched interests at the same time; and if people think you’ve stopped listening, you’re sunk.”

In a political battle, he said that one should wait for an attack from his opponent, then counterpunch as strong and as fast as possible. Early times, in Mr. Clinton’s political career were a result, he believed, of taking too long to respond to attacks.

There are many who would think I am taking a liberty in writing about this book which is the experience of a man so far advanced in the political system.

I certainly have taken a lot of learning form this book.

My learnings are:

  1. Never give up
  2. Friendship is the key

The time has come now to bring this blog to a close as I am quite incapable to describe him and appreciate as I am too young to explain the work he has done as compared to me is writing this blogpost.

Goodbye.

Thank You
